The problem with most team-building activities is that someone in the room is already good at it. Almost nobody has fired an airsoft replica before, so everybody starts level — which is exactly when a group actually mixes.
We run it on a scoreboard. Individual scores, team scores, or a knockout down to a final pair, whichever suits the day. It takes about two minutes per person, so a room of forty cycles through comfortably in an afternoon.

The compliance answer, up front
We know a corporate booking usually has to get past someone who wasn't at the meeting. So: £2 million public liability, a written risk assessment produced and reviewed specifically for your event and venue, trained marshals at a one-to-one ratio with participants, mandatory eye protection, and no live ammunition of any kind. Copies of the insurance certificate and the risk assessment go out with your quote as standard.
