Booking terms

Last updated 2026-09-04. These are our standard terms; anything agreed in writing in your quote takes precedence.

1. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when we have agreed a date, a location and a price in writing, and any deposit requested has been paid. Until then a date is not held.

2. What we provide

Unless your quote says otherwise, we provide the range structure, all replicas and biodegradable ammunition, eye protection for all participants, targets, safety netting and barriers, signage, and trained marshals for the agreed period.

3. What you provide

A flat, open pitch of at least 10m × 4m, reasonable vehicle access for setup and breakdown, and somewhere to park the support vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring the site is suitable and that you have permission to use it.

4. Safety and our right to refuse

Participation is conditional on following the safety briefing and marshal instructions at all times. Our marshals may refuse or stop any participant who does not, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund. Eye protection is mandatory inside the range.

5. Age and supervision

Minimum age is 6. Participants under 16 must have a parent or guardian present on site.

6. Insurance and risk assessment

We hold £2 million public liability insurance and carry out a written risk assessment for every event. Copies are available on request and are issued with quotes as standard.

7. Weather

The range is weather-resistant and we operate in light rain and moderate wind. Where weather makes operation unsafe — high winds in particular — we will agree an alternative date with you or refund fees for the time not delivered.

8. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are refunded in full less any deposit. Within 14 days we will do our best to accommodate a change of date. Where we have to cancel, you receive a full refund.

9. Damage and liability

You are responsible for any deliberate damage to our equipment caused by your guests. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under law.

10. Photography

We may photograph events for our website and social media. Tell us on the day or in advance if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
